Pros Functions great, at times : Opera Mini works faster : Phone calls made easy : Music Player :
Cons Position of keys are un-function able : Poor graphics on Web : Not enjoyable to use Web :
Summary The Keys on the x-tc are way to small, and being scrunched together doesn't help texting. T-9 on the phone is pointless, because you can't use the number keys to text normally. SD card is hard to figure out if your new to them. When you type a text message, it only gives you 160 character maximum. All the games require you to buy them after playing a demo for 20 seconds. You cant send music using Bluetooth. Web on the x-tc is not enjoyable due to the poor graphic quality of the screen, the phone has good graphic quality on everything else. Sometimes, if IM is active and your signed on, the IM notification will appear at the top of the screen, and it says "IM requests to start" and when you sign on, there's nothing on the screen, nobody signed on, and no messages...so yea, disadvantage.

Pros Nice camera
Cons Hard to use buttons on qwerty keyboard
When you save a picture as your wallpaper then slide you keyboard out the picture is sideways
Hard to get to calling buttons
Summary The bottom line is that the x-tc is a hard to use phone with a nice camera and a QWERT keyboard. The problems are the QWERTY keyboard has to-close-together buttons and is hard to get the calling buttons out. When you save a picture as your wallpaper then slide you keyboard out the picture is sideways. It doesnt have a video option and the plan isnt very well priced like 200 texts a month is 5 dollars. I suggest getting off of virgin mobile and going to AT&T.

Pros Great display and camera, but that's about it.
Cons Battery life is TERRIBLE! Front display can become easily scratched and makes viewing difficult. Keyboard EXTREMELY cramped. Major software glitches & bugs.
Summary Basically if you want an attractive looking phone this is the one. However, everyday use is not practical unless you have access to an electrical outlet every 3 hours.
Pros At first I liked it. The only problem was that the keyboard was crowded.
Cons Small keyboard, turns off and on, scratched easily, sends text messages sowly.
Summary When I got this phone I loved it, until the next week. I realized it took a good 30 seconds to send one text message. Then it would shut on and off, without even using it! Within a month I noticed the keys on the keyboard were already fading! The MP3Player loaded each song one by one. I had over 400 songs on my MicroSD Card and it would take literally 30 mionutes for the songs to load! It was painful to use the MP3Player. And it would scratch so easily! I dropped it about, an inch and there was a huge scratch on the screen. I had this model for three months, having to order 4 of them! Then I was smart enough to upgrade to the LG Rumor 2.
Pros QWERTY keyboard. Simple Navigation.
Cons Camera has no flash. Touch keys can be non-responsive. Phone develops bad door switch, which causes rebooting.
Summary I bought this phone becasue it looked really nice and had a lot of good features. Only problem with this design was that I could not find a case to stick it in. For as good as the phone looks, it scratches very easily. I had the phone one day and had scratches from just being in my pocket by itself. I have had lots of "uncommon" problems with my phone. The first phone I had I spent weeks fighting with multiple depts at VM to try and get my phone fixed. At certain points I had lost use of my phone altogether because of what the "technician" informed me to do with programming. Ultimately I found someone who stated that the door switch had gone bad. I am now on my third phone within a year and are starting to see the door switch go bad already. Good news is they only warrant the phone thru the first year of service. Oh wait. I am out of warranty. Waste of 100 bucks. DO NOT BUY.
