Pros extremely long battery life! I ran this phone for 3 days straight, and the battery indicator is still full. Supposedly it has 11 days standby.

The only good about the OS is that it's not a battery hog like android!

Cons The phone's speaker is broken. It's very hard to hear conversation at louder volumes. It came broken from the store. Don't really want to return it.

Summary The phone itself is a good phone, save for the large screen; but a bad smartphone. Mine also came with a broken speaker, which is really bad, because it's the most important part of a phone!
It works fine as a media player (MP3) and alarm clock (since the big back speaker works fine), but holding a conversation at louder volumes (eg in louder environments) makes this phone a real pain in the ass!

I presume I just got a bad display model, and most of their phones won't have this. 1.3 Mpix camera good for basic daylight shots; not good for evening shots. Video Camera the same.

Pros Very clear cellphone, also movie player in 3gpp format, video recorder with sound, sound recorder, mp3 player, audio note taker, measures converter, currency converter, and tons of other features.

Cons Does NOT come with a very complete tech support manual. I had to contact Tracfone tech support to find out how to Fast Forward movies. The manual didn't explain it.

The Tracfone tech support forum also leaves much to be desired. It is very difficult to

The internet button is located too close to the MP3 and Movie controls. It is very easy to touch the internet browser button and this eats up your minutes. If I even touch it accidentally it costs 50 cents. So far I've wasted half my minutes doing this. I've fixed it by not using the dock scene menu and using another menu as soon as I turn it on.

Pros QWERTY keyboard great for texting. Mp3 player,decent camera. A ton of tools (converter calculator alarm clock and much much more. Can't beat the price.Lots of neat little features.

Cons Not much just needed a memory card and transfer cable less then 15.00 total.The phone can easy be found for 20.00.

Summary I don't want to offend people, but for the money do you really need a smart phone.I can see if your work requires it,but dollar for dollar you can't beat this phone.I bought one for my daughter and ran back out and bought one for myself.

Pros Easy phone to work with and it has basicly all the things anyone would need.

Cons If you lock it,then go to unlock it there is an emergency key that is in the same spot as the key to unlock if it's pushed it calls 911.I tried to lock the phone without "emergency" so I locked it,then it locked me out fully,we had to call to fix it.
