Cons Feels a tad "cheapo" but it was only $40 at Walmart. Hands free headset that came in the box for free doesn't fit the jack on the phone. Jack is for regular MP3 player type ear phones. Cons Really tacky customer service, they don't care if you are a customer or not. Seems to me they are happy with bulk numbers of customers coming and going. No offer to credit my account or discount a future time card purchase. I asked.
