Cons: The "Browser" button is too easy to inadvertantly push, costing you a minute. Frustrating.
Summary: I've just recently purchased this phone and so far, I love it! It doesn't pretend to be a 4G Smart Phone but yet it shares more of those highly-priced phone's features than you'd expect. It's laid out well, easy to use and operates quite well. I'd highly recommend this phone to a friend.
