"Dependable phone, simplistic in style, light to carry."
Pros: I 've had more expensive cell phones and I got this one when I lost my job and couldn't afford contract phones anymore. So I got a prepaid phone because I was tired of having to pay unexpected high bills.
Cons: If I had to complain about the phone , it would be that I haven't figured out how to dim the lighting. Its very bright so I have to limit the time I go on the web.
Summary: I thought this phone was sort of cheapish looking in comparison to other cell phones, I mean it doesn't have a camera. Yet I figured why do I need a cell phone with a camera when I have a digital camera. Yet, i've never had a dropped call, was able to refill my account directly from the phone. Never, have I had to call customer service for help.
Then I started to love the fact that I don't have a bulky cell phone. Some of those blackberry's and other devices look gigantic next to my little phone. I enjoy walking with a lightweight phone that doesn't make me feel awkward.What I love about virgin mobile is that I don't need a representative to solve my problems. I can order my phone online, activate it myself and change plans according to my financial needs. I don't have to "explain" myself to anyone, about why I want to change plans.
