"Waste of money and it was free"

Cons: I bought this phone
Summary: Phone sucked from the day I got it! The day after I got this phone it lost its signal after having a full one all day, never moved the phone, it just lost its signal. I tried resetting the phone and nothing. It freezes up on me like it is an old computer. The internet moves as slow as dial up aol on a computer with a 32 meg hard drive. Today I started getting mobile email alerts tried disabling everything to do with mobile email and it still keeps doing it. So I went into a chat room with a cingular tech and he tried to help me with it but now I can't even connect to mobile email. Tried everything to fix that and big suprise, conclusion to the problem is a device problem!!! This phone may have been free but now I see why it was. If you are on the market for a new phone keep on scrolling by this one. Either spend the money for a decent phone or find something else for free. Luckily I am still within my time limit to exchange my phone and have the Samsung Sync on the way hopefully I will have better luck with that.
