Pros: I did like the look and feel of the phone, the clam shell design. The screens were big and easy to read. It took good pictures.
Cons: Bad reception, muffled call quality, others cannot understand me. I had a difficult time carrying a conversation with anyone, anywhere. Bluetooth signal strength was weak. Video capability was weak.

"Great music capabilities but lacks key features."
Pros: 3.5mm headphone jack. Loud music player. Updated interface allows for easier song additions to playlists.
Cons: No alert tone for missed calls (only VM / text mesages). Games are not playable as fonts are way too small to read across the board as compared to exact games viewed on moto v710. Music player does not always return after call interruption.
