"Confusing at first but great and easy to use"
Pros: looks and design, easy computer sync, display, mp3 player
Cons: no speakerphone, no external memory card slot
Summary: -This is actually a really great phone.
-I was worried about the touchpad buttons i heard everyone complain about but it really just takes a little getting used to (its been a day and i'm already used to it)
-The display is really beautiful and vibrant
-The phone comes with an included usb cord to connect the phone to the computer where you can import/delete/move your files (pictures, songs, videos)
-a major downside is that there is no external memory so i fit about 20 songs with some space for pics and vids
-the mp3 player works pretty good though
-I do wish that it came with a speakerphone and voice dialing capabilities
-the video quality is pretty good as well
Basically, i really like the phone and it looks and feels great to hold. It's light and smooth and it lacks some features, but eventually it gets pretty simple to function and people will be jealous!
P.S If you are getting this phone you should know that to have a photo caller id, you need to take a picture in the 72x72 mode which can get annoying
