"disappointing"
Pros: impressive-looking, good potential
Cons: phone driver software does not work
Summary: Absolutely loved the phone... until I tried to sync the phone to my computer. The phone driver software locked up my computer multiple times and the phone itself had to be reset. LG states that there is a known problem with the software and have no idea when a fix will be available. Bottom-line: you cannot link phone to computer in order to download music -- which defeats the purpose of using it as your new mp3 player. You also cannot turn your songs into ring tones. Major annoyance!
