"Stylish phone, poor sync features"
Pros: Nice, sleek looking phone that I got for free when I renewed. Scroll wheel / touch pad are stylish and the phone is easy to use. As a plain phone, it performs fine for me. Camera is passable and easy to use. Mp3 playback is nice, but see Cons.
Cons: Like others, I find myself accidentally activating it when I'm talking on it.
Music/data sync is TERRIBLE with this phone! It is constantly losing connection with my PC, and the software I have to use to sync sucks. WHY can't I just drag and drop?Summary: A previous reviewer suggested reading the man... read more

"Have had this phone for almost a year - No durability"
Pros: good reception, clarity, great battery life, "Slider" remained solid, camera is decent quality.
Cons: The touch screen began to lose it's sensitivity (send button completely not working) only a few months into use
