"Good construction. Bad software. Worse customer service"
Pros: The phone is solid and will not easily break on you.
Cons: Just after 1 year (post-warranty) the phone started shutting off on its own. Then one day just after two years old it gave me a fatal error. Neither AT&T nor LG would do anything at all for me. This is a manufacturer defect. Stay away from LG.
Summary: LG will not help you if their product fails. Stay away.
