"Broke in a week"
Pros: I love the software on this phone. The menus are very easy and navigable. The Audio quality is great and the camera is very good. Nice sleek design with a nice media player on the outside.
Cons: This phone on me broke on me in two days. I had it on vibrate most of the time, and after a while the slot to stick the charger even eventually was knocked loose and eventually would only charge sometimes. And the battery life was very, very small.
Summary: The LGCU500 is a decent phone, but it definitely lacks a good battery and stable charging hardware. The software and the reception was very nice, and the colors looked great. I didn't like how it only supported some memory cards(Would not work on my Sandisk 2g Memory card...). The battery life was a complete flop for this phone. With constant texting the charge lasted about 2 hours. Pretty ridiculous, I must say. As I said in the Cons section, the slot for the charger was knocked loose by the vibration on the phone. I ended up having to put my phone in odd positions(I had to put one drumstick under the front of it, one on top of it on the back, and a little heavy box full of batteries on the end of the thing you plug into the phone to get it to charge.) So bottom line, just be careful with this phone and you'll be fine.
