The Bottom Line	Though we had a few quibbles with the phone's design, overall we were pleased with the LG Shine CU720's impressive style and feature set.	The LG Shine II isn't a top-notch performer, but its sturdy metal build and broad feature set will attract some people.	The Samsung Impression isn't perfect, but it ranks high on our list as a messaging and multimedia phone.	Though it wasn't always easy to use, the LG Shine KE970 is a pretty phone with decent performance. We just wouldn't recommend paying full price.	The Nokia Lumia 900's unique design and high-end features make Windows Phone look fantastic, and the $99 price is extremely fair. Despite some flaws, this is my favorite Windows Phone yet.
