"Beautiful phone but horrible reception"
Pros: Bright and beautiful screen
Cons: Terrible reception and call quality
Summary: I purchased this phone and returned it a month later. The phone itself was beautiful and I liked the slider mechanism. The only reason I got rid of the phone was because I got a terrible signal. Half the time the phone wouldn't even ring, even if I had a decent signal. I ended up trading it in for the Sony Walkman and have great service with that phone.

I am considering returning my LG Shine -- While driving around holding the Motorola v365 side by side (same AT& T plan), the LG Shine gets HORRIBLE reception compared to my Motorola. Love all the features of the Shine, but don't think the reception is acceptable... AT&T vendor says Motorola V365 was one of their best phones for reception -- I think they should post a sign for the LG Shine " Great features if you are willing to give up reception quality!"
