"Looks better than it actually is..."
Pros: Embedded bluetooth headset is a great idea. Good sound/coverage with handset.
Cons: Headset is horrible. Shiny surface is hard to see outside and scratches easily.
Summary: I'm returning this unit to Verizon today. On calls with the headset, to the receiver, it sounds like you are standing in a tin can. My conversations have been filled with, "What? Can you repeat that?"
While the headset initially sold me on this unit, it is also the units demise and I'm returning it to the store.
Otherwise, the functionality of the handset is really good and looks so Matrix. However, since I need a good headset with CA's new laws, the extra cost for the convenience of only keeping track of one piece is not worth it.
