The Bottom Line The LG DM-L200 is a great phone for families. Parents will appreciate the family locator and alert services, and kids will love the sleek design and fancy features of the phone. Despite mixed call quality and some limited features, the LG Migo VX1000 is the best cell phone for young kids thus far. With its eco-friendly design and spiffy solar panels, the Samsung Blue Earth is more than just a gimmick; it's also an appealing cell phone with character. Despite a few quirks, the LG Neon is a good simple messaging phone from AT&T. The Samsung Eternity succeeds as a multimedia device, but without Wi-Fi and full e-mail support, it stops well short of being a business-friendly device.
