Pros: Very friendly user and operate with one hand.
Cons: Poor Battery life and downloading updated software can be a pain.
Summary: Overall, prefer this phone over any other basic phone through Verizon. It has been dependable while providing superb service.
Refused the option to upgrade with Verizon just requested another LG EnV Touch.
