Pros: qwerty keyboard is awesome, it does have good speaker quality, when the music says on the phone.
Cons: messed up my 4gb memory card, it erases my pic's, erase's my music, erase's my video's. erase's everything!
Summary: this is my second replacement envy 2, still have problems- the phone down right sucks. it destroyed my memory card- it is now unreadable, the phone erases all my pics no matter if i save them to card or phone. i erases any music i put on it.(both phones i have gone through so far) and i am pissed because verizon won't give me another phone just another replacement envy 2 and i have called so many times to complain and went to the verizon store multiple times, it's out of hand. don't get me wrong verizon is a great company they just need to help more with phone problems and try to compromise for a new phone, since i spent a butt load of $ on mine and my husbands phones. give me a break. don't buy or use this phone!!!!

Its perfect for anybody.
Its one of the best phones for a texting addict, and it has great sound and picture qaulity. I recomend this to anyone. -

I got this phone about a month ago just because I always loved the style and all. The first phone decided it was going to display upside-down and act all funky, and after 2 days of my used phone ownership, the front keys went out. I purchased another and I am glad I did. Really nice keyboard, excellent options, and has a really good video and actual camera. I taped a party at a friends house, sent it to him later, and he said it looks really clear, and there really wasn't any pixilation or anything, the video looked very and truly good.
There are 2 cons I have: One, I text constantly, like 30000000 a day, and my last phone (Jest) was able to keep the charge for a good long time, this one seems to drain faster, even with the new battery- but it's not all that fast.
The other is pocket dialing/and usage. It called my buddy when I was in the car the otherday. I didn't mean to call him and he called back wondering who was trying to reach him. This was with the keypad lock on. Really like the phone, and I imagine you will as well. -

Summary: I went from this phone to a Pantech Crux and I miss it. It was a really good messaging phone. The dual keyboards was a nice feature. You could use vertical text for a quick message or flip open to the QWERTY for a longer one. The front interface was simple but not extremely limiting, so you don't always have to flip it open to do stuff. It was easy to understand and I picked up on it within a day. The battery was pretty good. My average text was 400/month and I got a week of battery. It was good for picture messaging too, and sent them fairly quick. The video camera was a nice plus to record those moments. Loved the SD card, it saved memory and was super easy to exchange picture/music/video content from the computer. Also liked that it had an MP3 player that worked with the Bluetooth as a headset.
It wasn't great with the camera zoom. You could crop and rotate but you could only zoom after the picture was taken and it looked fuzzy. The speakerphone was not always loud enough, and it was slightly awkward since you had to hold the phone open (unless you use Bluetooth for hands free). Other than that, it worked great.
Summary: Loved it, great simple phone, used it for a few years and still have it. -

Summary: I think this product is the worst thing you could ever possibly use! It turn off on you and freezes way to much! I think it is terrible! NEVER GET THIS PHONE! unless you plan on just texting and calling people then its fine otherwise do not get this phone!
