"There are still a lot of improvements needed."
Pros: Lots of nice features, like a video camera, improved digital camera, more games and web browser.
Cons: Some obvious things can't be done, like direct transfer between computer and phone using the included USB cable. My guess is that Verizon doesn't want this feature included because it would be free. Instead they want to charge you.

"Great cellphone if it would just stay powered on?"
Pros: Great messaging phone,qwerty keypad is big enuf for a fat old mans fingers. VZNavigators is pretty handy to have, I only subscribe when I need it...
Cons: Phone powers off on its own. I've replaced the phone and it still does it...........maybe the battery.

Pros: Very clean design, Great call quality, good camera
QWERTY input, easy menus, auto-reply typing, contact favorites
"in case of emergency" section, allows 3 emergency contacts and space to input who you are, where you live, medical allergies, etc.Cons: Speakers very loud compared to my old Samsung (enV 3's low is about my last phone's medium-high)
