"I wanted to like this phone."
Pros: The design and features would have been everything I wanted.
Cons: I picked up the phone in the store, held it to my face, and the spaces between the keys on the front of the phone immediately grabbed my five o'clock shadow whiskers.
Summary: What, I have to be completely clean shaven to use the phone? We're talking PAIN as in someone plucking the whiskers. I can't be the only one to experience this. This is an enormous design consideration that was obviously overlooked. No matter the phone's strenths, it's unusable for that simple design problem alone.

Thanks for sharing your honest opinion. MY husband would be using my phone and doesn't shave everyday.

I thought this review was a joke too until I bought this phone. Yes it pulls on your whiskers, but pain? Anyway I love this phone, I'll just have to be careful not to hold it right up to the face when I don't shave that day.

I laughed at this one. I think it was meant to be a joke, stop being so serious everyone. There is no way this guy actually gave this phone 1/2 star because it plucked his whiskers.

Please get a bluetooth headset and get into doctor drew rehab show and **** . Silly ****

CNET needs a monitoring system for these reviews. This is pathetic. One reviewer who doesn't even own the phone can skew the overall rating so bad because he doesn't bother shaving. Soon we will find a reviewer who canned it because it stopped working when they dropped it in the toilet.

You do not like the phone because it "plucked one of your whiskers?" Did/Do you even own the phone?
