"Keeps you organized! Great old-fashioned/modern blend."5.0 starson by mbradar2
Pros: *Voice Command actually does things
*Text Conversation Bubbles instead of separate Inbox/Sent folders
*Customizable Menu - can drag anything onto home screen: Calendar, Contact, etc.
*advanced calculator (does trig & logs!)
Cons: *No convenient "To-Do List" like there was on my previous LG Cosmos
Summary: Pros (Continued):Oh and I forgot to mention one more thing: the keyboard is a lot easier to use than my LG Cosmos one. I can see where the other poster on here is coming from in saying that one can hit two keys at a time and that can get annoying but for me the lack of much space between letters makes it flow better so that I can type faster and with more easy than having to press down each letter hard.
*Can choose to have it vibrate every time you type
*Can set a unique ringtone AND a unique text message alert for each contact
The most high-tech feature of any phone I've ever had is it having a flip-out keyboard - no touch screens, no data plans, etc. nothing too out of the ordinary - so I guess by today's standards even a 20-some-year-old girl who doesn't have an iPhone is considered "old-fashioned." I use my phone primarily for texting, calendar/alarms, and jotting down notes. I picked up this phone for $50 at my university (student discount) because it was the only other one they had with a flip-out keyboard besides the one I already owned. I've had it for less than a day now and it's absolutely fantastic - I was expecting a phone similar to my old LG Cosmos except I knew this one would have a touch screen, which I was wary about, but it exceeded my expectations and it's still a basic, easy-to-phone but with a lot better/cooler tools and features, so that's why I think it's a perfect blend of old-fashioned and modern for people like me!
It certainly makes my hectic life more organized so I'm less stressed. I use my calendar a ton because as a student I have classes and other school-related events to keep track of every day and as an employee I have meetings and deadlines to keep track of. The fact that this phone's Voice Command actually reads out the events on the Calendar is so perfect for me, especially when I'm driving and need a quick reminder of what's going on that day without having to dangerously look away from the streets and at my phone - it just reads it to me! Also, having the option to "Search" for something in my Notes is a huge time-saver because I always have way too many notes and have to scroll through a bunch to find an old one I need.
