0.5 starson by dwillendorfPros: There are no pros for this phone. The keyboard is nice, so I guess that is one pro. Otherwise this phone is a total LEMON and Verizon refuses to stand behind it.
Cons: The battery charges, then completely discharges within hours. This happened both times I charged it. The scroll feature does not work. My SD card did not work. The music I had on the card worked, but the photos I had on the card never interfaced.
Summary: This is a total LEMON. And since I did not return it within 14 days to Verizon. As such, they will replace it with a Refurbished phone!!!!. I spent $110 on this brand new phone and Verizon refuses to replace it with a new phone.
