"If only people could hear me over the static!"
on by nanouuserPros Inexpensive, lightweight
Cons Completely unacceptable sound quality for outgoing voice.
Summary We need to change phone. This one is useless.

"A pretty nice basic phone"
on by narn3049Pros I LOVED NEARLY EVERYTHING
Cons I am a little ticked that it doesn't have a camera, phones at that time and now usually do.
-
"For its type, nicely done."
on by AndroidBuggyPros Features are great for its kind of phone. Fits perfectly in a pocket.
Cons Has no camera, plans could be better.
Summary LG Flare is what I call a getaway phone, which means if you don't want the leading OS systems, go this way. This is the perfect phone for a kid who wants to adapt to the cell phone world. This is part of Virgin Mobile's "PayLo" system, their way of having a cell phone for the people on a budget. When this review was written, the Flare was sold out on Virgin's website. It is worth $19.99, which I think is a excellent price. Virgin Mobile offers three plan routes just like other phones.

"HORRRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!"
on by lizzyo1996Pros small, calling
Cons draged texts
Summary Do NOT buy this phone if your going to use it to text, it doesn't recieve them when they are sent and most of the time when that happens I have to take out the battery and start it up again.

"Defective. Text messages sometimes are not received."
on by figmilleniumPros Inexpensive.
Cons Defective model. Virgin has replaced it three times with the same defective model. Text messages sometimes do not come thru and notification that someone has left me voice mail also will not show up. So I have to call and check.
Summary Worst phone ever!
