"Its a great phone for everyday use."

Pros: We have had other Verizon cells from the clunky Qualcomm, LGs to a nice Motorola and this has by far the best voice quality. It has lots of features, most of which we don't/wont ever use, but that's our decision. I even like the 'cheesy' back side!
Cons: The joy stick - there isn't any there. It's too sensitive which over shoots your aim for a function. The camera - needs a flash to be really useful. The added and unused functions - sure would like to disable them - one cost me several dollars

Pros: The sleekness of this phone is nice. It fits well in my hands and is easy to use. The menus are clean and easy to navigate, the texting is awesome; reception on both ends is clear. I really like the USB cord that can be adapted into a wall charger!
Cons: So far, the only thing that I don't like about this phone is that there is not a port for an SD card. The battery life is a little shorter than usual, but that is a small issue compared to the rest of the phone!

Cons: Only one complaint and that's the fact that it doesn't have a memory for the T9 text function. Meaning, if you have to enter a word that isn't in the phone's dictionary it doesn't remember it. That's a big disappointment for users of T9!!
