Pros: Small size, easy to use, great graphics.

Summary: Purchased this phone based on reviews at CNET and Verizon saying it had excellent voice quality. In my experience, this is NOT true. Callers often sound digitized/broken up and apparently so do I on my end of the line. The Verizon rep says that they expect most people will be using headsets with this phone, so that's why the sound quality may not be as good when using the actual phone(!). I wanted a basic little phone with good sound quality - I don't want to have to use my bluetooth all the time. Very disappointed. Would suggest folks skip this one.

"I really like this phone but it broke several times" on by y36
Pros: I like how it looks and feels and I prefer to text with this compared to a touch phone or a phone with a keypad because I can actually text faster with t9.
Nice and Slim and Solid.Cons: Broke in about half a year. Could no hear caller. Sent in for replacement. Replacement was defective (Caller could not hear me). Second replacement worked for about another 6 months and then would not turn on.
Summary: You may have a better experience with this phone. Maybe I just go unlucky.

Pros: I've dropped this phone everywhere and hasn't been broken yet!!!!!! I only have to charge this phone like once every 4-5 days!!!!!! Great call quality!!!! And i love the gold weave on the back!!!!!!!!
Cons: Very hard to text, camera quality not very good :( I am texting every single day every minute and it is really a pain to have to click a button 3 times just to get to a C.

Pros: Has a nice design and the joystick is pretty cool.
Cons: This phone does not have a good texting experience, after you have had it for about 3-4 months, it starts to call random numbers, you have to pay extra for email even if you do have a plan, every now and then it will freeze, and it has very poor battery l
Summary: If you plan on flushing your money down the toilet, I would recommend that you get this phone. If you like to not waste your money, do not purchase this mobile monstrosity.

Pros: Easy to use keys, good screen size, adjustable text size, easy to handle. Voice quality is nice.
Cons: Dials unwanted numbers if you don't have the keypad lock on. The camera is awful with no flash. Difficult to text with. And battery talk time battery life could be better. The looks of the phone isn't the greatest, using a faceplate will help
Summary: I like the phone because it's easy to use and is a great phone for those that don't need many features. It has a decent battery life if you don't make a lot of calls. It's difficult to text (I don't do much) because the t9 feature doesn't have some words that I need and I need to type them in. Ok for me but not for serious texters. The screen size is good. I like that it has varying sizes of text so it's easy for me to see. It does take some pretty awful pictures because there is no flash. The joystick/toggle is tricky I'm always opening things I don't want to. Unlocking phone every time I want to use features is a pain. Good phone if all you do is make occasional calls.
