"Good start, but needs more work"
Pros: It has a decently responsive touchscreen and good quality color screen. Plenty of bells and whistles. Reception and quality of calls is typically good.
Cons: Am currently on 2nd exchange (3rd phone), due to many issues with previous ones.
Issues I've had on past 2 phones are:
-Difficulty charging
-Phone freezing
-Phone randomly resetting itself
