Pros: -Touch Screen
-Easy User Interface
-Can function without opening phone

Pros: Looks cool, vibration when you touch it, and closest to smart phone without having to get a smart phone package.
Cons: This phone has terrible reception. I drop so many calls that no one wants to talk to me any more b/c it's so frustrating with all of the dropped calls. Can't change very many options and can't get the phone to stop locking.
