The Bottom Line Despite its quirky design, if you want an affordable AT&T Mobile TV handset, the LG Invision is the one to get. Despite a few quirks, the LG Neon is a good simple messaging phone from AT&T. Despite a few quibbles with the touch screen, its full features and excellent performance make the LG Vu one of the hottest phones this year. The LG CF360 is a simple midtier phone for an affordable price. The Samsung Solstice offers a touch screen and multimedia features, but its performance isn't the best.
