Pros: Awesome looks; well made; voice quality; ease of use; slim, compact style; beautiful, vibrant screen; all the latest capabilities; does everything a phone should do very well. Plus it looks like its crafted from aluminum alloy, not cheap plastic.
Cons: Very minor gripe here, but I wish LG would have put some kind of raised nub or rubbery spot somewhere on the front to aide in sliding it open.
Summary: This is an awesome phone for those looking for a high-quality, cool-looking, easy to use and live with phone. No its not a smart-phone, but it does everything a high-tech phone should do these days...and does them well. The high-res screen makes the web look great and the navigation system is every bit as good as any TomTom or Garmin. The camera is a 2.0 mp and takes good pics. The video recorder works as well as any I've tried. Good speaker clarity and volume. After several weeks of searching, reading reviews, and trying out a few phones, I found this gem. Its brand new. I think Sprint should do a better job of advertising it...and phones like it for that matter. Its a shame that all the providers seem to be focusing on anymore are the so-called Smartphones. If you need one for business purposes that's great; but for anyone looking for a good phone that's eye-catching, well made, easy to use, works as it should, and has all the latest capabilities, the LX370 is it. Oh, that reminds me of one other very minor gripe...I wish LG would have given it a cool name. I'd rather tell my friends I have the new Zippy, Flash, or Sparkle than say 'Yeah I have the new LX370." They think I'm bragging about my car. But again, anyone who doesn't need a smartphone or want to be endlessly frustrated by a touch-screen phone should give this phone a test drive. In my opinion its the best looking, coolest, most feature packed non-smartphone-phone Sprint offers right now. Thanks LG!

back button in slightly annoying spot.Summary: This is a nice phone. For only $99 it is very possibly one of the best slider phone on sprint. much better than the M520 slider phone that this phone looks so much like.
The phone is quick and snappy and has access to Sprint's 3G connectivity which is nice.
Picture quality really wasnt great but its livable, i mean if you really wanted a GOOD camera you would get a camera phone right?
Music player is ok, not the best but livable.
One thing that isnt mentioned here is that, with Sprint One clicks style inbox you have a sort of threaded inbox. The ibox sorts the messages so all you see is recipient name. When you click it the messages are shown in order in a threaded style look which is very convenient.
Over all good phonee, good buy -

Pros: Good keypad, large/bright screen, sturdy build
Cons: Poor user interface, reception very good, fingerprint magnet, battery life nowhere close to stated, quickly gets hot, unreliable keyguard
Summary: My Samsung M500 was beginning to malfunction so the LG LX370 seemed like a good replacement. I wanted a basic phone of decent quality, not a portable Star Destroyer. The specs and review sounded very good so I decided to give it a try. I liked the large, bright screen and the great touch of the keypad. However, there were more downsides than ups and I returned the phone after a week.
For starters, reception on the LX370 is not as good as on the old M500. The only place my M500 couldn't find a signal in Chicago was in the subways. There were several areas above ground in River North and Albany Park where the LX370 had no reception at all. These are by no means remote areas and were never a problem for previous phones. The LX370 also seemed to have difficulty roaming.
Talk time on the LX370 is rated at 6 hours, but after about 20 minutes of talk and the remainder of one day on standby my battery was down to one bar. To be fair, maybe that's just an inaccuracy in the display, or simply a defective battery. I didn't do any in-depth testing.
I also found that after 4-5 minutes of use, the handset would get quite hot. I know that's a subjective description but for what it's worth, I've never noticed any appreciable rise in temperature of any handset in all my years of cell phone use (various models by Samsung, Nokia and one other LG).
The thing I really hated was the user interface. Although the carousel on the main screen is supposed to provide easy access points to folders/functions on the phone, it seemed to take more clicks than necessary to get anywhere useful. For comparison, it would take ONE click on my M500 to begin a new text message while it takes THREE on the LX370. You could assign only five favourites, which would be fine if the UI were easy to navigate but that was not the case here. Also, it was not clear how to access files in your micro SD card, either directly on the phone or while connected to a computer via Bluetooth. Overall, I thought the UI was very primitive and unintuitive. It looked good but didn't work very well.
I also noticed that the keyguard worked arbitrarily. On several occasions I pulled the phone from my pocket to find that it was unlocked, although it was locked when I put it in. For fear of scratching the shiny surface, I never put the phone in my pocket with any keys, change or anything else, for that matter. So how the 'back' button could have been depressed long enough to disable the keyguard was a mystery. My best guess was that the keyguard wasn't functioning properly to begin with.
Which brings me to the least significant but most ANNOYING downside of the phone. That shiny surface! All those fingerprints and scratches! The current trend of having large shiny surfaces on most mobile devices is impractical and just plain stupid. I can't wait for this dumb, ugly fad to be over with.
From my experience, the LG LX370 looks great on paper and great in the box but that's about it. I suppose it's heavy enough to stun a squirrel if you threw it hard enough. -

Pros: Solid construction, clean design, useful features without going overboard. A simple phone for simple needs.
Cons: Glossy surface screen shows fingerprints and scuffs.
Summary: All I want is a basic phone. The LX370 delivers with STYLE. This is a good looking phone! The screen is easy to read with clear symbology and layout. The threaded texting is a nice touch. Call quality is good, the speakerphone is clear and usable, and the bluetooth connects flawlessly with my iMac. I have no need for the pretentiousness of touch screens and smart phones. It may not play the games or show videos with the quality of an iPhone, but I need my phone to do one thing well: make and receive phone calls. All the rest is superfluous. The big shiny surface easily shows fingerprints and scuffs, but its quite durable and polishes out nicely. I find that I am truly enjoying this phone.

Pros: Sleek (yet cliche) design, bright screen, good keypad (fast recieving text in screen)
Cons: slow internet, short battery life, low quality camera (especially camcorder), fingerprint magnet, phone spazms (explained below), charging malfunctions (explained below), glitchy at times
Summary: As a phone-loving teenager, who checks up on it 24/7. i don't really think this is that great of a phone. I've had this phhone for a year now, and it really starts to wear down on you. Slow internet connection; not to mention the phone restarts sometimes when the browser's memory full. Me, being the teen i am, the battery life isn't enough. 6 hours doesn't even get you through a school day. Camera quality is somewhat low, especially camcorder mode, where you can't edit the quality whatsoever (2 megapixel). The screen is prone to fingerprints, and if the screen is on dim, it's difficult to see the screen on a sunny day. And sometimes, once i send a text it glitches while it's sending saying i sent it to a person who i've texted a week or so ago. And then it says i have one new text message when i've read everything. And the fact that i've had this phone for a year now, even charging it becomes a difficulty. the battery has worn out a little, so even if you're not even close to low battery, while charging, it'll say it's been charging a low battery for the past 3 hours. and it usually only takes one hour to charge! And you can't replace the battery befor the contract expires. The only thing you can do about it is get the same exact phone. And stick with it until your contract expires. I honestly didn't want to get the same exact phone AGAIN, what's the point of having data on two different phones? Sure, it'll work better at first, but it'll end up just like the first one, glitchy. The only people i recommend this to are people who just need a quick phone for emergencies. not for a long term use, especially if you love texting and such (teens :P). If you're only going to be using you're phone "here and there" (hadly any usage) then sure, i bet you'd hardly find any problems. But again, if you're reliant on your phone, it's not the best choice. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT PLEASE. YOU'LL THANK ME IN THE END!
