"Not A Good Phone"
Pros: Good picture quality, decent service (Alltel), well-placed keys
Cons: Very Short Battery Life, Terrible Antenna, No Speakerphone, Everything is Fragile, It Took Me FOUR Of These To Finally Get One That ALMOST Worked
Summary: Either I was just incredibly unlucky, or this phone is completely flawed. I am almost positive this has nothing to do with luck. Literally everyone I have talked to who has this phone HATES it. I was generous with the 5 point rating. When I got this phone, I was actually very pleased at first. The look was impressive, the camera worked well, and the keys were easy to use. This all went down the drain when, less than two weeks after I got it, the phone shut off randomly. I had not dropped or abused the phone in any way, shape, or form.
The warranty was still good, so I took the phone to Alltel and they replaced it. Problem solved, right? ....No. Sure enough, almost three weeks later, the phone would simply shut off whenever I tried to call anybody. At first I thought this was just the service, but it wasn't. Alltel apologized and gave me another new phone.
Yes, you guessed it. Another defective phone. This one actually lasted about 3 months!!! AMAZING!!!!! But yes, without any abuse of any form, the phone's screen randomly stopped working. Excellent... So, (angry at this point) I returned the piece of junk, and yes, got another. I won't even go into detail, but within two months, I dropped the phone down the carpet stairs, and when it hit the hardwood floor, it broke into two seperate pieces. I've had it. I'm getting another phone in the next few weeks, possible the Razor or something of the type. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE. (I think they stopped making it anyways)
