The Bottom Line	Despite mixed call quality and some limited features, the LG Migo VX1000 is the best cell phone for young kids thus far.	With parental controls, ease of use, no text messaging, and a prepaid calling plan, the Firefly phone is an ideal mobile for tweens.	While the Wherify Wherifone G560 makes a good effort as a kid-friendly phone, its boring design and uneven GPS performance were uninspiring.	Though we had some minor complaints here and there, the Voyager's sleek design, generous feature set and excellent performance make it the best LG messaging and multimedia phone by far.	The Motorola W385 is a dependable cell phone without confusing bells and whistles.
