"OK phone with a nice music player. Decent for the money." on by Paul Zam
Pros: Decent phone, nice music player, marginal camera
Cons: Weaker signal strength than other phones.
Summary: I've had my phone for about a week now, and had a chance to use all of the features. here are my perspectives:
Phone quality is good when signal is good. Reception is markedly worse that a Katana and a Sanyo that we also have on the Sprint network. (0-1 bar in my home, vs 1-2 bars for the other phones). This is annoying since I drop calls when at home. When the signal is good though, calls are clear on both ends. No gripes about the phone, other than weak reception where I happen to live.
Music player is very good. It pauses for a few seconds between songs which is moderately annoying, but the sound quality is surprisingly good and the patch cable that lets you use headphones and still take a call is a nice feature. This application was better than I expected. The speaker is a bit tinny, but not terrible given the size of the phone, and usually I'll use headphones anyway. FM transmitter is a bit of a joke though. You have to have the phone right on the antenna. It is much worse than the Griffin i-Tunes FM modulator on my I-Pod. Range is VERY limited.
Camera is marginal. Even though pictures are 1.3 MP, they don't have much dynamic range and colors are somewhat washed out. It also doesn't offer zoom on the high resolution setting. Don't throw away your other digital camera! This is OK in a pinch, but not really very good.
Other features are pretty good. I especially like the fact that you can access the flash drive via a USB connection. This means that you can download or upload music and pictures without having to do it through the mobil connection. -- A big plus! With a 2 GB micro-drive for $25 on eBay, this stores a reasonable amount of music and pictures (and can be upgraded to 4 GB). I haven't tested the bluetooth yet. Overall form/size/shape is great. It is small and lightweight, and appears less likely to break than the Razors.
I got my Muziq for $100, but I see they are now $80 a week later. Bummer. They'll be free before you know it. Overall, I feel like I got my money's worth, but there is room for improvement.Updated
I just tried the FM transmitter in my car. It actually worked really well -- as well as the Griffin iTunes adapter on my iPod. I take back my comment about this being a joke.Updated
I have a couple of updates to my post. First, I tried the FM transmitter in my car. It worked very well -- comparable to my Griffin iTunes accessory on my iPod. I take back my earlier comment. Second, I sent Sprint an email about the fact that they dropped the price by $20 2 days after I got the phone. They credited my account. --Very good customer service! -
"AWESOME PHONE!" on by tbboling505
Pros: A lot of features, very sleek looking, phone to PC hookup, Etc.
Cons: Like an iPod, fingerprints show all over the phone.
Summary: This is a great phone with lots and lots of features, I love the way the phone feels, it's the way a Motorola Razor should have been designed, AKA The right way. I like the fact that I can hook this phone to my computer, so I can transfer over songs, wallpaper, etc., to my 2GB MicroSD Card that I just recently bought. This is Great phone packed with all the newest features, Camera, Camcorder, MP3 Player, Bluetooth, Etc., If you're looking for an affordable phone with Sprint, go with this one, you'll be getting all the you need. I highly recommend this.

"Great Phone 9.5 RATING" on by Comico28
Pros: Excellent Price, Holds Plenty of Music, buttons are smooth and they have seperation between them (easy to dial), nice color and graphics, thin
Cons: Oil from fingers leave prints on phone, semi-compact phone (I am use to phones being smaller when I open them), but I also undestood it was going to be that size
Summary: Purchased this phone, and have no post purchase anxiety. I like to get value for my money and so I was going to go for the Fusic LX550, but am glad to have purchased this phone. I find this phone ideal, due to the fact that I work out and now I have a music player and phone for $99.00, instead of getting IPOD and a phone. Music quality is good, and phone is easy to use and understand. Camera works as any camera phone does. The type of person that will get the most out of this phone is someone who is looking to use it mostly as a phone and music player. Other options such as camera, internet, access to your account info, scheduler, etc. are a plus.

"I love love LOVE this phone!" on by Carold2005
Pros: It's easy to use, the music downlaods are easy. it's a nice looking phone
Cons: The speaker phone could be better BUT...
Summary: I had the Upstage Bleeech! I then read the reviews for this phone and said let me check it out! It is such a popular phone that 2 Sprint stores where sold out of it. It's a great looking phone, it's thin, it's very easy to use. Most of all the speakers and the music playback are AWESOME!!! You will not believe how good the music sounds when you listen to it. It takes great pictures and has a gorgeous resolution too!
I can't say enough about this awesome phone! I would give it 100 stars if I could
You will NOT be disapointed in making this purchase! DO NOT get the Upstage though that phone was horrible! -
"Not a bad phone" on by bigd1967
Pros: nice screen, email push, good design
Cons: volume buttons on top, bluetooth1.1 version outdated, not a fan of the music player
Summary: I have to admit that I was skeptical about purchasing this phone. I had the former version the lg fusic and was looking forward to a slimmer better designed phone. I had a samsung a900 prior to the fusic and loved the slim design, but the phone had many issues. Sprint gave me the lg fusic as a replacement. I was just never happy with the screen and the white casing. It had some interesting features like the fm transmitter, but it didn't work right at all. In any case, I choose the lg muziq over the sanyo DLX its close rival and am glad I did. The screen is larger and much more detailed than the fusic. I really like the email push feature. Getting my work emails to me all on one device such as this is a true convience and takes away using multiple devices. The battery life has been good. The fm transmitter I have to admit works well considering its such a small device. I really like the shell of this phone. The black smooth sophisticated look of it is sweet. It does show finger prints big time so just keep that in mind. I can't say that I enjoy having the power port on the side. Just more combersome to plug on and off. The volume controls on the upper hinge piece next to the screen seemed an odd choice, but I'm getting used to it. The bluetooth works fine, but really wished and find it hard to believe they went with version 1.1 for such an advanced phone. One other obsticle I have incountered is the use of the Dpad. I keep missing the ok button and hit below it. If it was raised up just a hair more it would prevent some undesired movements. In any case, I like this phone more and more. Oh, and by the way, I have noticed some reviews that don't seem to be real and just put 10s in order to raise the level of review likeability for this phone. Lets be real folks, no phone is perfect and this phone although close just isn't. I'm giving an honest review and hope others will do the same...
