The Bottom Line	Despite a few quirks, the LG Neon is a good simple messaging phone from AT&T.	We applaud some of the feature updates of the LG Neon II, but its various quirks prevent us from recommending it as there are better quick messaging devices in AT&T's lineup.	The LG Encore may have a good set of features, but its poor touch screen and lagging performance prevent us from recommending it.	For the right user, the HTC Freestyle offers a beginner smartphone experience without the high price.	Despite a few problems, the LG Xenon is one of the better messaging phones we've seen, plus it has a cool touch-screen interface and plenty of features.
