Cons Biggest flaw is voice quality is TERRIBLE. The people I call frequently can't hear our voices well enough and ask us to repeat ourselves. Cons Pros:
1. No data plan required
2. Can operate phone one handed without having to open
3. Navigation keys on the outside take you to quick pick lists of things I use most
4. Crisp clean screen

Cons Everything...
-Shuts off repeatedly, turns on again only at random.
-Speaker is awful, sound is awful.
-Reboots -- if you're lucky. Usually simply shuts off.
-Often displays [No content] where your incoming texts should be
-Camera use freezes the phone

Cons Here is the problem. There is a terrible feedback problem with this phone and you or the person you are speaking with will get an echo that is distracting and disconcerting then trying to carry on a conversation. Cons New software will not dowload & gives you an error message. Bluetooth will not hold link. Email messages don't all show up. Phone freezes.
