Cons From day one this phone would not work properly. It was minor defects so I did nothing. 2 yrs in and my screen scrambles. I often can't text or call out/answer calls. Cons Entering phone numbers can get tedious as the keys are small. The calendar is much less function then calendars from older model phones. Cons Connection issues, network timeouts, etc... With phone sitting on a table, unused it apparently attempts to connect to something.
