Pros: Excellent sound (music) and image quality . Easy user interface, decent battery life. Invisiable bluetooth option, you can put a main wallpaper, and a second image inside the wheel

Cons: It's suppossed to be all about music but you have to buy the microSD card before it will accept one song. You have to tansfer any file you want to use(as a ringtone or wallpaper) from the card to phone. Ring vol. not super loud

Summary: The touch sensitivity takes some getting used to, very sensitive and you will hit the 4 outer touch buttons accidentally alot, which is kind of annoying. It does self lock when slid down with one touch unlocking. Picture quality is excellent but only with the right lighting (bright). I dont know if it's the phone or my carrier(US Cellular) but calls can be scratchy and speaker phone is even worse. I got the black and wife got the pink over all were satisfied... Buy them again? maybe Taking them back? NO, It's a good product!

One last hoop it made me jump through last night I found, It only accepts acc, mp3, wma video files, and the files will transfer to the microSD card but the phone wont recognize them, if there not in those file type. I had to take the extra time w/ a file conversion tool, to change them into acceptable formats , (again slightly annoying as this is promoted as a media phone!) Still not a deal breaker but check all options

it's is mildy annoying to me that is has a awsome slider top, but when you open the slide it almost looks like track phone key pad, i know LG probably wanted to cut corners on parts cost but realy? kinda tiny if your an avid texter
