Pros Good memory for music?
Basically, nothing else.
Cons Phone keeps restarting for NO REASON
You can't even manage two way calls
Phone's screen stopped working
Memory card is "out" even though it's in
Phone automatically deletes messages and there is no way to get it back
Summary As said before this phone is ****. Why, I got it? The plan. It seems like a great plan for $25/month, but that's how they get you! Ever wonder why the price is so low? Because the phone is, wait for it, ..... ****! I mean, for some reason, the texts delete themselves once they go out of some invisible boundary! I had a multitude of important text messages, so of course that made me upset! And within the first year that I got it, I liked to calibrate it because it passed some time. But even though I calibrated it (which was supposed to HELP) the screen, the screen decided to call it quits on itself! And the memory card is bad, too! Try listening to music and it says, Oh you have no music (though I have over 500 songs) and it directs me to the music store! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.
Pros camera is good
texting is usually good (i love the keyboard)
Cons i got my first lg rumor touch april 2011 and the screen just went black on october 2011. i liked the phone so i gave it another chance its been working ok since the.
might not always have good signal
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Pros It's got a great simple touch screen, the picture quality and options are great. Its also not hard to download music or pictures (Preferably have a Micro SD card, simpler, faster and can hold lots more) Durable, and Grouped Texts. Also the Keyboard.
Cons In my experience sometimes I get frustrated with the web browser if I use it too long or in a lower service area as it will take longer to load pages, also with 0-2 bars of service you gotta do service fishing to send texts without failure notices
Summary Overall I think this is a great phone and is perfect for just getting into the smartphone series, as its not too complicated to figure out and keeps things simple still. Great call quality and service. I love this phone and would recommend it to my friends if they were searching for a great basic touch screen/keyboard phone.
Pros Like the touch screen, user friendly, great for texting, decent pictures, good battery life
Cons Facebook App no longer supported on this phone, constantly reboots, iffy service.
Summary I have had this phone less than a month, and I already want to switch. I bought this phone mainly for Facebook, and texting. 4 days after I bought it, I called customer service because the preloaded Facebook app still wasn't connecting. I was advised that this phone no longer supports the app. So I have to use the phone's web browser to go on Facebook, which doesn't work half the time. Service is either great or non-existant, no in between. Phone reboots itself multiple times a day. If someone sends a long text, it is sent as multiple texts, and the phone crashes. Overall, I would not recommend this phone.
Pros Good screen
Headphone jack fits most headphones
Cons Youtube lags
Screen was not the most responsive
Memory fills up easily
Summary I recommend this phone if you want a nice phone but aren't ready for a fancy smart phone. Unlike the less expensive Virgin Mobile phones, you can download music on to the phone and put games and apps on it if you know how to. A microSD card is nice to have, as it gives you more space on the phone.
