"It broke twice within a yr both manufacturing problems."
Pros: it is a decent phone when it works which is not all that oftin.
Cons: Horrible customer service at LG and not much better at sprint. My phone broke twice and neither company wanted to fix it. LG makes u pay for shipping when there is a known maufacturing problem and sprint will not provide any loaner phones. dont get 1

"Rumor=Biggest piece of crap ever!"
Pros: it comes with some pretty cool preloaded backgrounds
Cons: slow internet
slow texting
misses characters when texting fast
shuts off randomly
doesnt recieve texts

"Phone is the worst I have ever had."
Pros: The sliding keyboard is all that is good with the phone. Makes texting really easy. Other than that the phone SUCKS.
Cons: Everything that the phone has to offer, other that the keyboard.

Pros: It is easy to text on and easy to use.
Cons: The buttons on the front are extremely small and very difficult to text or dial on. If you dont lock your phone it will call people on speaker phone. It is bulky and wont fit in a pocket easily.
