"Two phones died in less than a year"
Pros: Design works well for texting.
Cons: Uncooperative customer service when we sent it in for warranty repair/replacement. The first phone lasted only about 45 days before a software problem kept turning off the phone. The replacement lasted a few months before the charging port came loose

Pros: Keyboard is nice for texting.
Cons: Front key pad is slow when using T9word. Pictures are very poor quality. Buttons wear down quickly. Can't text while music is playing, you have to exit the media player to receive a text.
