"phone quit after 36 days"
Pros: great for text messages
Cons: phone book hard to access
Summary: After 36 days my phone wouldn't get a signal. I took it to the cell phone store, because I didn't have a warranty plan they wouldn't help. LG customer service was terrible. I couldn't understand the rep because of a strong accent. I have to pay to send the phone in for repairs and it takes 14-21 days. The customer service was so bad...I will never buy a LG phone again, because I don't want to deal with them.

You could have just taken it to a service center. Would have been $35 and they would swap out or order you a replacement that comes in 1-3 business days. Of course if you would like to save the money you would have to go through LG...
