"Best Phone on the Market for a Low Budget"
3.5 starson by VirgilioManPros: The price is good and it has a lot of options and looks cool for being a phone that doesn't require an expensive data plan. The touchscreen keyboard is very easy to use even with my stubby fingers. Nice MP3 player, graphics, camera, and good memory.
Cons: Touchscreen can be a little tricky but i get the strong feeling that I will adjust to it expertly like learning to ride a bike once I've had it a little while. I don't like being told I need a 15 plastic sheet screen protector.
Summary: First of all, the author of the C-Net lead article is mistaken, this is not the first LG phone for T-Mobile. I had the first one about six years ago and it was a flimsy flip phone with good graphics and a sleek design for that era. I sat on it one day and broke the screen even though the phone was closed. I weighed about 190 lbs.
This LG model is much better than the old one. I really like it a lot. I have seen the costlier ones and I don't think they are so much better than this phone. My only concern is how durable will it be over time. I had that one other LG, the first model of LG that had no model name. It was just called LG. And that was a piece of garbage. If this one makes it a few years without any problems like the couple of Motorolas have had then I will be very happy with my purchase.
