"Great phone overall, but there are a few cons...."
Pros: Love the keyboard, the two screens are very big which I like alot. Also, the touch recognition is much better than previous phones I have tried**see below for list of phones. The antenna is cool.
Cons: My biggest Con, and the one that might make me return it for a different phone. Is that the phone TURNS OFF WHENEVER IT WANTS. The little antenna does NOT boost cell signal, its only for MobileTV. Call volume can be quiet and unclear at times.

Pros: There are so many options for customizing this phone! The touch screen works very well. Qwerty is great for texting, obviously. The camera is fabulous! I was very surprised at the quality of the photos. Good reception. Very sturdy. Call quality.
Cons: The speaker could be better quality. When the ringer volume is at the maximum the speaker sounds like it's vibrating. I can hear myself talking- it almost sounds like I'm talking into a cup at times. Fingerprint smudges on screen.

Pros: I like that I can store many texts in this phone compared to my old phone. I like the big screen display inside and out. Although don't really used the inside keyboard ever. Lots of good features too.
Cons: No camera flash. Strange symbol of ? in box randomly replaces pics saved- lost many pictures. Dificulty editing texts-cursor wont easily go to word to edit. Scrolling contacts difficult. Cannot have different text alert sounds for different people.
