The Bottom Line	Despite a few quibbles with the touch screen, its full features and excellent performance make the LG Vu one of the hottest phones this year.	The Nokia Lumia 900's unique design and high-end features make Windows Phone look fantastic, and the $99 price is extremely fair. Despite some flaws, this is my favorite Windows Phone yet.	The Samsung Impression isn't perfect, but it ranks high on our list as a messaging and multimedia phone.	Despite a few design issues, the LG Vu Plus is a full-featured messaging phone with the bonus of live mobile television.	The LG Encore may have a good set of features, but its poor touch screen and lagging performance prevent us from recommending it.
