Cons Oh so many. Horrible, horrible battery life--it starts out fine when you first buy it, but it's only been ten months and the poor thing can't keep a charge for more than a few hours. Cons - Screen is plastic not glass so be careful
- Web button on keyboard might get pressed by accident while typing
- Sometimes 3MP photos are too big for MMS, but can be edited on the phone.

Cons -My cheek always unlocks the phone when I'm talking... very annoying because I end up dropping the call or texting someone by mistake. No one else seems to be complaining about this.. users- do you have any suggestions?

Cons LED flash for the camera is almost too bright,some pictures come out better without the flash. In pitch black pictures come out perfectly with the flash on.
