The Bottom Line Though it is a basic camera phone, the LG VX5400's well-designed keypad and great performance makes it a good choice for those who don't need a cell phone with a lot of features. The LG VX5500 is a basic and affordable camera phone with decent performance. Though it doesn't look like much, the Verizon Wireless CDM8950's multimedia features and free price tag provide unbeatable bang for the buck. The Samsung Knack SCH-U310 is one of the best basic phones on the market. If you need a handset for making calls, you can't go wrong. The LG VX8350 is an excellent multimedia phone that's compact as well as powerful.
