Pros: 1. Very robust menu options

4. ability to turn off the ringer without turning off the alarm

Pros: Cost ($20 for a one-year contract extension, free for two-year extension)
Loud earpiece volume
Familiar navigational menus
Basic photo editing are features built in to phoneCons: I've only had this phone for 12 hours and I've already returned it due to a faulty speaker. Besides that it has limited ringtones, an AWFUL camera, external display shows smudges and fingerprints, internal display isn't as vibrant as other LG models.

"Excellent phone for those of us who just want to talk."
Pros: Good screen and key layout. Excellent reception and pairs well with bluetooth. An easy, low maintenance phone. Long battery life.

Pros: Small, easy to use.
Cons: Family plan; 2 of these phones; 1 always has 1 more bar than the other, gets out when the other won't. Have complained; had less powerful phone replaced; still can't get service the other VX-5400 gets. I'll be more careful in my next phone choices!
