Cons Bought two in 01/09. After only 6 weeks the battery life in one dropped to 24 hours. Verizon store in Tucson claimed this was the NORMAL standby time. Cons Poor reception, very poor speaker phone, buzzy tinny sound, .poor design. If you intend to use the speaker phone than look somewhere else, ...speaker phone sound is very buzzy and sounds tinny. Cons No battery life what so ever. After seeing rave reviews for the VX5400, I thought the Vx5500 was a sure bet. Wrong!
