"Tranfered 10 times!!!"
Pros: Phone is pretty cool!!!
Cons: While trying to inquire some information regarding Sony Music box for th LG VX7000,I was Xfered many times within the departments. Explained my issue over and over several times. How annoying!!! Anyways still have no resolution and was disconnected at lea
