Pros: It can do everything....extremely well

    Cons: There are no cons

Summary: I am a former Motorola user and always thought that Motorola was the best of the best. This assumption changed when I started to have problems and had to shop around for a new phone. I asked my friends which phone they used and which one they would buy if their current phone went on the blink and they all said the same thing...they're using the VX8300 and would definitely buy it again and again. My former Motorola had to be recharged an annoyingly every day whereas my current VX8300 has to be recharged every 3-5 days, depending on my usage. The sound quality is awesome. I'm not into pictures or movies or texting so I cannot rate this phone's other capabilities. I bought this phone as a phone only and am extremely happy about it. One thing does bum me out about it though...this model was discontinued right after I bought it and the replacement model is not nearly as great as the one it replaced. Why ruin such a good thing?

Why can't they make this phone again? Why did it have to become discontinued? The phones on the market today are too small, do not have a large monitor to see, and their power storage is too low. This phone had alot of buttons in some strange places and was always getting in the way. Cell phones have not changed. Buttons are still in the way and should be placed on the keypad only instead of the sides or top or bottom of the phone. I also wish the phone manufacturers would make a phone that does only 1 thing...act as a normal phone since I have my texting turned off and do not get email or surf the net with it. The camera could be removed too. That button is a nuisance too and then they hide the speakerphone button. Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! All cell phones today are meant for people with small hands. How about some phones for us with bigger hands and fingers?
