Pros: Good Texting phone, easy to use navigation

Cons: Freezes, turns off, no longer holds its charge, constantly having to plug itin or turn it off then back on

Summary: I loved this phone in the beginning, couldnt understand why everyone else hated it so pastionately. After a half a year of use, the phone started turning off randomly. A friend of mine who's good with phones told it me it was because the batterys are loose in the casing.
It also collected many scratches, and while im not the most gracefull person, this phone is easily scratched. I have noticed that on all of the Xenons i've seen, the back becomes unshiny from use, its dull and doesnt look sharp anymore.
The phone is a smudge machine! What makes it worse is that its a touch phone.
The shortcuts bar on the side of the screen, thats a half circle with an arrow? The icons started disappearing. I would use them one day, then the next they would just be gone! It was ridiculous.
After a year of use now, the phone is dying constantly, I have to plug it in every two hours. The talk time is now at 5 minutes till the battery dies and texting is about an hour and a half.
While the messaging system is great, the phone freezes if your sending and recieving messages a lot. So if your a big texter like me, i wouldnt reccomend this phone.
Over all, my experience could have been better, I guess it depends on the phone that is sent to you, cause i have some friends who dont have any problems with it. But i dont thinks its worth the risk unless your getting the phone for free.
