The Bottom Line MetroPCS offers a basic phone selection, but its service plans come with few restrictions. The Samsung Finesse is a great touch-screen phone and a solid choice for MetroPCS customers. Boost Mobile is a youth-oriented carrier that runs on Sprint Nextel's network. The Motorola Hint QA30 seems like a good idea, but some major design concerns keep it from being a top messaging phone. The Samsung Messager may not be great at multimedia, but it's still a very good messaging phone for MetroPCS.
